Creative & Cultural Skills works with partners across Scotland through our Skills Academy to support the sector with skills and training.
The creative and cultural industries in Scotland comprise a minimum of 3,000 businesses, and 57,000 individual employees and practitioners.
Our work in Scotland includes:
- Supporting the creative sector to take on apprentices through our Creative Apprenticeships programme
- Providing information, advice and guidance for creative careers through our Creative Choices programme
- Providing research and analysis in to the skills needs of the industry through our Creative Blueprint programme
- Supporting the creative sector to set the standards for high-quality work in the industry through our Professional Standards programme
- Delivering the Creative and Cultural Leadership Programme in Scotland.
Our work in Scotland is supported by our Industry advisory group of representatives from across the creative and cultural industries.
