Creative & Cultural Skills is deeply committed to diversity, inclusion and equity across our own organisation and the employers and individuals we work with. This sits at the heart of our work, and we are passionate advocates for fair, inclusive working practices within our sector.

Diversity & Inclusion

Our Fair Access Sector Support programme of training and resources is designed to educate and empower the creative and cultural sector to adopt inclusive and lawful recruitment practices which both support sector growth and develop a more diverse range of talent.

We expect the CCSkills team to support our commitment and add value to our work in this area through their own values and experiences.

This is why we ask our team, prospective candidates and programme participants to provide information related to diversity and inclusion monitoring through our forms and surveys. The data provided in these surveys is used to inform our work and help us identify key policy areas to focus on.

Information provided is processed in accordance with UK General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), you can read our Privacy Policy for further information.

Show the Salary

We are pledged to always Show The Salary for the roles we advertise. This is a step every organisation can take to encourage fair access and recruitment practices.
In addition, we will also:

• Never ask candidates for current/previous salary
• Never include a degree unless it’s truly essential
