Sheree Vickers, artistic director

Sheree works for Savvy Theatre Company, actively promoting inclusion and diversity in the arts and creating community-based theatre projects that can involve everyone. To recognise her work, Sheree was jointly awarded the 2017 Creative Choices Award.


Jack Homer, technical arts student

As a student at South Essex College, Jack developed a passion for technical development and helping his fellow students. He is a shining example of how much a young person can achieve if supported and empowered and in 2016 was the winner of the Creative Choices Award.


Jo Davies, production coordinator

Jo Davies became interested in the backstage aspect of the theatre when she was a small child from watching pantomimes with her dad and brother. She explains her career journey, her role as production coordinator for Wales Millennium Centre and offers tips for getting into theatre. Jo won the Theatre Skills Award 2016 alongside Martin Hunt.

Jade Poole, intern producer

Jade started out with Exim Dance Company on a paid internship as a producer, but within a year she was promoted all the way up to general manager. In 2015 she won the Creative & Cultural Skills Intern of the Year Award.
