Master’s Scholarship – MSc Art, Law and Business
Calling all art lovers!
Calling all art lovers! Would you like to study with the world’s leading art business? Christie’s Education London is offering a fully paid scholarship opportunity that will cover tuition fees and living expenses for your master’s degree…
Christie’s Education is unique – the only academic institution wholly owned by an auction house. Its programmes have been developed to provide focused and intensive training for students looking for a career in the art world.
The Christie’s Education Trust, in conjunction with Christie’s Education London, is offering a joint tuition and living expenses scholarship for ONE student of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (“BAME”) descent on the following UK master’s programme:
MSc Art, Law and Business (academic year commencing September 2019)
Participation in art studies and the creative industries in the UK by individuals who are of black, Asian and non-white minority ethnic descent is disproportionately low. With this scholarship, Christie’s Education wishes to play its part in making learning and employment opportunities in the art world more accessible to BAME students.
WHAT WILL THE SCHOLARSHIP COVER?
The selected student will receive a scholarship that covers both:
Christie’s Education Ltd. will waive the full tuition fees for the relevant programme. The tuition fees for the academic year commencing September 2019 are £36,000. Please note: No cash sum equivalent will be payable direct to the student.
The Christie’s Education Trust will make available a living expenses award known as the Reginald Browne Award. The award provides £23,000 towards the cost of accommodation and other living expenses during the programme.
Internship at Christie’s auction house:
Scholarship recipients who successfully complete the MSc in Art, Law and Business programme at Christie’s Education will have the opportunity to undertake two consecutive six-month internships in different departments at Christie’s London.
