Through our National Skills Academy we deliver industry-relevant training and insights for young people to help inform future career choices. Our programme of careers advice and guidance is underpinned by our online careers platform Creative Choices, which receives thousands of unique visitors each month.

We are currently seeking a new Chief Executive who can lead the company through its next stage of development including as a new sector support organisation funded by Arts Council England for the period 2018-22.  We are ambitious for the future and are looking for a strategic leader with integrity, energy and resilience who will work with the Board of Trustees to set clear direction for our staff team. We are looking for someone with drive and energy who can maintain the current programme and find new opportunities for growth.
