Mercury Theatre Colchester is recruiting team members to join our Customer Experience team at our exciting off-site venue, Mercury at Abbey Field. The Customer Experience team will provide the best in customer service and welcome for visitors to our performances
We are looking for:
1 Customer Experience Supervisor (part-time)
12 Customer Experience Assistants (part-time)
10 Customer Experience Assistants (flexible hours)

All posts are fixed term between Friday 13th September and Sunday 5th January inclusive. Attendance at team induction day on Friday 13th September will be essential, as is availability on at least two of the following dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day or New Year.
Closing date for applications is noon on Thursday, 8 August 2019. Interviews will be on either 19 or 20 August 2019.
