The CCEP is a cross-sector partnership in Coventry which includes:  artists, teachers, educators (early years, all schools, FE and HE), arts and cultural organisations, the Local Authority, Libraries, Museums, City of Culture, Music Service/Music Hubs, youth provision, Arts Connect, and anyone who is interested in helping to shape the arts and cultural future for children and young people in the city.

THE CCEP DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR:  will support the development, communications and future funding plans on the behalf of the CCEP. The initial priorities will be the continuation of a data collection activity to form a baseline of how the arts and cultural landscape looks in Coventry’s educational settings and the formation of a robust communications plan, including website, social media and regular newsletters. The Coordinator will lead on the coordination of the CCEP meetings (Steering, Task and Finish, and Management group meetings) and events, and be the key point of contact for all members.

It is expected that the Coordinator will work with lead CCEP members to support the CCEP Fundraising plans and also the development of the CCEP and Warwickshire CEP CPD Teacher networks.

The post holder will manage their own workload and priorities and deliver project administration effectively. It is essential that they are ICT literate, have their own computer, and self-sufficient in office administration. This role is subject to Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and two satisfactory references.

CONTRACT: 40 Days (equivalent) Part-time and mainly term time only. As a guide, we expect the successful applicant to be flexible and available for work:

Sept- Dec 2019: 2 days or 16 hours per week minimum

Jan- Mar 2020: 1 day or 8 hours per week minimum
