The BFI is seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Digital team and lead on a programme of work to redesign our core digital services and replace our current platform. This is an exciting time to join the BFI Digital team. is our main digital platform and is often the first point of access for our consumer and industry users. We’ve been given additional investment to run a two year programme of work which will redesign our digital services and better understand our digital users’ needs.

The programme currently has two distinct phases; firstly a refresh of all existing digital services to achieve a consistent and shared set of service patterns, followed by a second phase that will focus on specific services where greater improvements can be achieved.

This is a maternity cover position and you will play a key role within the Digital team. You will be working very closely with many business teams across BFI and with our service design agency, FutureGov to develop a roadmap, manage a clear backlog and to successfully launch the new services when they are ready.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be used to working in a busy environment as product manager and ideally have a good understanding of the service design process. You will be an empathetic leader and great communicator with the ability to get buy in from people at all levels and to be a strong advocate for user research and service design. Experience of working in a cultural organisation or public body would be beneficial.
