Facilities Assistant (Part-time, Fixed-Term role)

£22,000 pro-rata

The Facilities Assistant will support the Head of Building Operations and the Head of Events and Visitor Services in managing the day to day running of the Lyric providing both proactive and reactive facilities services across our building.


They will assist with the preparation of rooms and moving of furniture to set up for our internal and partner activity and commercial hires, and will carry out first line repairs and routine maintenance tasks around the building. The post holder will play a key role in helping all activities in the building run smoothly, ensure building safety and contribute to the successful management of all facilities and operational functions.  


This role requires the post holder to carry out physically demanding tasks such as moving furniture and other manual handling.
