Finance Administrator (two roles)

Manchester International Festival (MIF) is the world’s first festival of original, new work and special events, staged every two years. From 2021, as well as producing a biennial festival, we will also run The Factory, a new state of the art building and producing organisation in the heart of Manchester.
Interviews will take place on 17 & 18 December 2019.
We are looking for two Finance Administrators to contribute to Finance department’s overall efforts to achieve smooth running of the finance operations and the provision of effective support to the rest of the organization, during and after its transition to The Factory.
Finance Administrator (Cash facilities/Treasury)
To deliver a range of finance services, with a focus on cash facilities and processing of expenses, to ensure that the provision of cash to departments and shows is well administered, monitored and controlled.
Finance Administrator (Sales Ledger and Receivables)
To deliver a range of finance services, with a focus on timely raising sales invoices, administering receivables (e.g. grant payments) and overall maintenance of Sales Ledger (including debt management).
