Meet Your Maker in Stirling
We're looking for two makers to deliver a project for students & adult lear
£5,060.00 (There is additional budget available to cover materials.)
Application deadline: December 5th 2019
Craft Scotland and Historic Environment Scotland (HES) are looking for two makers to deliver a project for students and adult learners inspired by Dunblane Cathedral, The Engine Shed and Scotland’s next themed year, Year of Coasts and Waters 2020. In addition to running workshops the makers will each run a Career-long Professional Learning (CLPL) session for local Art and Design high school teachers.
Makers will support participants to use their creativity and take inspiration from the designs and architecture of Scotland’s traditional buildings, the materials and skills that created them and the stories these iconic buildings tell. Unlock the potential of contemporary craft to inspire participants to learn new skills, support the co-design of new work and integrate digital technology. We are looking for dynamic makers to deliver this project.
