Scratch Hub General Manager

£25,000 gross per annum

We are looking for someone with strong operational and administrative experience to manage the day-to-day running of the Scratch Hub, to maintain great relationships with its thriving community of members, and to help its community grow by supporting marketing activity for membership sales.

Working as part of a small creative team, you will work to develop ideas and systems which will shape the future of the Scratch Hub and the experiences of its members. As the Scratch Hub is still relatively new, we are looking for someone who is able to be flexible and open in their approach to shaping this role as it develops.

We are interested in applications from people from all walks of life. Perhaps you have worked as a Duty Manager or Front of House Manager and are looking for the next step, or have experience with memberships, co-working spaces, studios or arts administration. If you are people-centred and friendly, enjoy devising and implementing well-run systems, and share a commitment to our values and purpose, we would like to hear from you.

We particularly welcome applicants with lived experience of disability and people from groups that are currently under-represented in the arts sector.
