Scratch Hub Manager
£22,000-24,000 per year, depending on experience
Application deadline: March 26th 2019
We are looking for someone with strong operational and administrative experience to manage the day-to-day running of our creative co-working space, the Scratch Hub, to maintain great relationships with its thriving community of members, and to help its community grow by managing marketing activity for membership sales.
Working as part of a creative team, led by the Director of Creativity and Social Change and the Scratch Hub’s Producer, you will join the Scratch Hub near the beginning of its life, developing ideas and systems which will shape the future of the Scratch Hub and the experiences of its members. As the Scratch Hub is still relatively new, we are looking for someone who is able to be flexible and open in their approach to shaping this role as it develops.
We are interested in applications from people from all walks of life. Perhaps you have worked as a Duty Manager or Front of House Manager and are looking for the next step, or have experience with memberships, co-working spaces, studios or arts administration. If you are people-centred and friendly, enjoy devising and implementing well-run systems, and share a commitment to our values and purpose, we would like to hear from you.
