£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Visitor Services Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the visitor services team. They work closely with the Head of Events & Visitor Services, Head of Building Operations, Visitor Services team members and Box Office Manager to ensure consistent and high quality service across all customer-facing operations.

The Visitor Services Manager line manages the Senior Duty Manager, Duty Managers, and casual visitor services staff.  The Visitor Services Manager ensures that the Lyric is a safe, efficient and welcoming space for staff and the public.

This role also works closely with all other Lyric departments and play a key role in ensuring that the Lyric’s ethos of professionalism, friendliness and accessibility is clear to all visitors.
