How will I know who is speaking at the conference?

The full programme will be released closer to the event. In the meantime, take a look at the National Conference 2018 programme to see what was covered. 

Where is the conference taking place?

National Conference is taking place in Cardiff City Hall, Gorsedd Gardens Rd, Cardiff CF10 3ND.

How do I book?

Click on the booking link and follow the instructions.

What time should I arrive?

National Conference will begin at 11am.

What should I do if I have a problem booking my ticket?

Hopefully booking your tickets will be a smooth process. If however you do have any problems, or you can’t book online, please contact 028 903 25072 or sarah.laverty@ccskills.org.uk

How do I book breakout sessions?

In the lead up to conference, you will receive an email with more information about the breakout sessions on offer. 

Do I need to bring my ticket to register?

No, you do not need to bring your ticket with you. All delegates will receive an email during the week prior to the event with important delegate information.

We will ask for your full name and the name of your organisation during registration. If your ticket was booked by someone else, you may wish to take a note of their details which will help us to locate your booking. 

Is there parking/public transport to the conference?

Should I bring my own lunch?

We will be providing a full buffet lunch with various dietary requirements catered for. Please contact sarah.laverty@ccskills.org.uk if you have any special dietary requirements.

You are welcome to attend the Awards! The Awards are taking place on the evening of National Conference, in the National Museum Cardiff, which is located beside City Hall. Combo tickets are available when you book online.
