A series of online careers events and activities providing students aged 16+ with in-depth insight into specific job roles across the cultural sector.

Discover! Industry Insights

Discover! Industry Insight events are designed to give students aged 16 – 24 an opportunity to understand specific job functions within the cultural sector by providing interactions with real employers who will guide them through a ‘deep dive’ of various roles through online events, resources and takeaway tasks.

The events are shaped and led by industry, with support from Creative & Cultural Skills, so each is different and responds directly to the types of occupations they cover.

Our recent pilot Discover! Industry Insight programme took place between 10th - 21st May 2021 and explored the following areas:

Offstage and Scenic Production with Industry Insights led by White Light, Royal Opera House Production Workshop and Birmingham Repertory Company
