What should I do if I have a problem booking my ticket?

Hopefully booking your tickets will be a smooth process. If however you do have any problems, or you can’t book online, please contact 0207 015 1800 or rsvp@ccskills.org.uk.

How do I book breakout sessions?

Breakout sessions will be announced with the full conference programme in January, and you will be able to book a place at the same time as purchasing your ticket. If you have bought a ticket before that time, you will receive a reminder email to go back into your order and edit, or you can email sarah.wingett@ccskills.org.uk. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Do I need to bring my ticket to register?

Yes, please bring your ticket with you to the conference. You will need this to collect your badge and conference pack. You can do this by printing it out, or by downloading it to your phone or tablet.

Is there parking at the conference?

There is ample free car parking on-site. If you have any bespoke parking requirements, please let us know in advance by emailing rsvp@ccskills.org.uk or calling 020 7015 1800.
