These Frequently Asked Questions are for the National Conference on Tuesday 17 April 2018.

How will I know who is speaking at the conference?

We are in the process of confirming our speakers and will announce our full programme closer to the event. Be the first to know by signing up to our newsletter.

How do I book?

Click on the booking link and follow the instructions.

What should I do if I have a problem booking my ticket?

Hopefully booking your tickets will be a smooth process. If however you do have any problems, or you can’t book online, please contact 0207 015 1800 or [email protected]

How do I book breakout sessions?

When breakout sessions have been finalised, you will recieve an email inviting you to choose two of them. You can also pick breakouts on the day, but they are allocated ona  first come, first served basis.

Do I need to bring my ticket to register?

Yes, please bring your ticket with you to the conference. You will need this to collect your badge and conference pack. You can do this by printing it out, or by downloading it to your phone or tablet.

Is there parking/public transport to the conference?

Salford Quays and The Lowry are well serviced for transport. Further travel information may be found here.

What time should I arrive?

The conference doors will open at 9.00am on Tuesday 17 April 2019.

I am attending the Skills Awards the night before. Are there nearby hotels?

Yes, please visit thequays.org.uk to find out more and to get information on nearby hotels.
 

Should I bring my own lunch?

We will be providing a full buffet lunch with various dietary requirements catered for.
