Benjamin is currently Head of User Experience & Design for BT TV. He likes exploring new approaches to working practices, collaboration and documentation and believes that being ‘hands on’ is the only way to control the vision of a product. He has over 13 years of experience in design, from digital photography and brand design through to founding a magazine and a specialist hearing protection e-commerce site. Before starting BT in 2012 he was Creative Director at Novarising (now known as DIG), a niche digital media design company acting as a specialist R&D team for many top brands such as IBM and the BBC.
He has a first-class degree in Multi Media Design at De Montfort University.
