I help make networking and freelance career management skills accessible to everyone, recognising that 'Who you know' is just as important as 'What you know'.
Taking an evidence-based approach, I focus on practical action and what is proven to work.
I speak and train professionally on the topic of networking and career development for Membership Organisations, Universities and Business Schools. In addition, I've written for People Management, Training Journal, Training Zone, Creative Choices and a host of other publications.
I hold a 1st Class Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters in I-O Psychology from the University of Surrey, UK. A past National Executive Committee Member of the Division of Occupational Psychology, I was recently nominated for the CIPD/People Management Power List for L&D professionals, naming the top 20 bloggers, tweeters and all-round social media powerhouses.
