Keith qualified as a solicitor in 1995, and has worked in law firms in London, Manchester and Sheffield.
Since the law changed to allow multi-disciplinary firms, Keith heads up the legal team at Counterculture Partnership LLP and provides guidance and assistance on data protection, governance, intellectual property, business law, contracts, website law and charity law. He also contributes to workshops, planning days, talks, written reports and provides other bespoke guidance for those in the creative and cultural, heritage, educational, digital and media sectors.
Keith is a visiting lecturer on the Clore Leadership Programme, and a founder of the Cultural Governance Alliance. He is a member of the Charity Law Association.
When away from the office, he’s in the theatre, admiring architecture or sitting on top of a hill.
