I am the Training and Development Manager for the Institute of Conservation, the professional body for the conservation of our cultural heritage.
Having graduated from the University of Manchester I began my career working in urban regeneration and the evaluation of education & training programmes across the UK and Europe.
I subsequently moved to Kensington & Chelsea College where I led the growth and development of the Apprenticeship delivery at the College. This saw me working to secure high quality apprenticeship positions for young people looking to kick start their careers in the Cultural Heritage Sector and the Creative Industries.
Now at Icon I oversee professional accreditation, the running of internship programme and the delivery of programmes aimed at supporting people develop their careers in conservation.
