Sandra Dartnell

I am Partnership Manager, North West for Creative & Cultural Skills. I focus on building industry-education networks in the North West to help increase diversity in the workforce and make sure that learners are able to develop the skills that our industry needs. Talk to me about your workforce strategy, skills gaps and shortages in the sector, and how the skills system works for employers and young people in the North West. Background. I love ideas, behaviour and design. Since 2013 I have been helping commercial, arts and local authority clients solve business and communication challenges, by providing customer-focused strategic consultancy, to create better brands, products & services. Those people know me as ThinkingCX. Before that I worked in integrated design and brand management for over 12 years. I am embedded in the creatives industries and passionate about creative communities and creative and cultural placemaking. I ran Creative Bedfordshire for two years, and was the Guardian of a public art trail in Bedfordshire. I live in Wirral. I am a Trustee at Make Liverpool and a volunteer at Hoylake Community Cinema.
