The theme was 'Inspiring Talent, Realising Ambition’ and we enjoyed a packed afternoon celebrating of the best of upcoming creative talent and those who support and encourage young people in the sector.

Alongside the presentation of six awards, the programme included:

  • A conversation with producer Andrew Eaton. His past credits include producing the BAFTA, Golden Globe and Emmy award winning Netflix series, The Crown and he urged talented young people to seize the opportunity to work in the burgeoning creative industries sector.
  • A panel of politicians discussing the need to establish the infrastructure to support the creative industries.
  • A look at the successes of the Northern Ireland Creative Programme and the companies and young people involved
  • Music, dance, multi-media, fashion and make-up performances from students from North West Regional College and Belfast Met College.
