A diverse workforce for the creative industries enables the widest range of people to be involved in the creative and cultural sectors.

We would like to help employers follow best practice approaches when it comes to creating work experience, internship and volunteering places so they avoid inadvertently discriminating against who may be able to pursue work based learning opportunities in the sector.  

The Fair Access Principle encourages employers to commit to a set of operating principles that encourage fairer ways of working and compliance with National Minimum Wage regulations.
