We've worked with hundreds of organisations to create and deliver a bespoke package of training, find out how we can help you.

Create a bespoke package

Our vision is to create a fair and skilled cultural sector and our mission is to achieve this by shaping skills, education and employment best practice for the cultural sector. We know that employers within our sector often need dedicated support to think and act differently in this regard and over the years, we've worked with hundreds of organisations to create and deliver a bespoke package of training.

We've developed a Sector Support Package comprising training and 1:1 support on entry routes into the sector, recruitment practices and legal considerations, which we have vast experience in delivering both in person and digitally, and which underpins a more progressive approach to workplace diversity and inclusion within the cultural sector.

As a specialist and experienced service provider, we can deliver tailored digital and in-person training, supported by our existing suite of digital resources.

If you would like to receive a bespoke package of 1:1 employer support for your organisation, please contact us at info@ccskills.org.uk and one of our Partnership Managers will be happy to get in touch to discuss your requirements and recommend the best solution for you.

Testimonials

‘Brilliant session. Thoroughly great: so welcoming, and the pace of the delivery was so easy to engage with. That broad overview is really useful to work out where there are gaps in knowledge.’

Jackie Malcolm, Scotland Manager PiPA

'Creative & Cultural Skills has played a pivotal role in re-shaping our recruitment policy. Our goal is to make the Bluecoat a place where people from all kinds of diverse backgrounds can find their own pathway into a career in the arts. Creative & Cultural Skills has helped us to take our own steps towards realising this goal.'

Mary Cloake, Chief Executive at Bluecoat

'The session usefully removes the naval gazing of many unconscious bias trainings and instead goes straight to practical and legally sound approaches to change and to committing to diversity and inclusion through actual organizational behaviour'
