Our vision is to create a fair and skilled cultural sector and our mission is to achieve this by shaping skills, education and employment best practice for the cultural sector. We know that employers within our sector often need dedicated support to think and act differently in this regard and over the years, we've worked with hundreds of organisations to create and deliver a bespoke package of training.

We've developed a Sector Support Package comprising training and 1:1 support on entry routes into the sector, recruitment practices and legal considerations, which we have vast experience in delivering both in person and digitally, and which underpins a more progressive approach to workplace diversity and inclusion within the cultural sector.

As a specialist and experienced service provider, we can deliver tailored digital and in-person training, supported by our existing suite of digital resources.
